Who we are:

We are a team of founders that devise pioneering solutions for designing and building people-oriented communities around the world. New Story is headquartered in San Francisco and we also have a team in Atlanta. Since we started about 4 years ago, we raised more than $ 20 million and have funded more than 2,000 homes in 16 communities around the world. Our journey has brought us through Y Combinator as one of Fast Company's most innovative companies in the world, and now to make the first 3D home printer ever designed to work where homes are most needed. We are fortunate to be supported by excellent partners and advisers.

An inviting workplace for everyone:

New Story is a company at the forefront of social impact and technology. We build homes for families all over the world that have the lowest income, without adequate accommodation. We do this with innovative technology that makes our work more effective and we share our technology, processes and lessons with others in the non-profit space, so that they can also scale up and grow. We know that we will only succeed if we have a team with a wide range of perspectives, beliefs and backgrounds. Our team grew up all over the world, from Turkey to Maine to Venezuela, and we believe in a diverse workplace. We encourage applicants to apply without taking into account race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or genetics. We work hard to create a welcoming culture of shared values and radical frankness.

Benefits and benefits:

💛 Change routes. New Story has started building houses and now we have a mission to change the entire non-profit sector. As a team member you can quantify, know and share the impact of our work in the field.

⚕Premium healthcare: we believe in thriving communities and that starts with our team that is happy and healthy. We offer generous care in the areas of health, dentistry and vision. We also offer a monthly fitness stipend so that you can invest in your own well-being and health.

⛷Time discount on your conditions: Of course we have unlimited holidays and you can free up time for illness, family and fun. But we also believe in the value of taking time to reconnect and take care of yourself. We make sure that you take the time to improve yourself (and have fun).

📈 Take care of retirement: we want every team member to thrive and that this also saves money for the long term. New Story offers full-time employees a 401,000 subscription.
